We arrived... read more Just finished lunch at Culver?s with my Grandma! We had such a great experience. My grandma is turning 87 and just wanted to get Culver?s for lunch. We arrived around 11:45am on Wednesday October 26th, and were greeted by a lovely employee (I did not gether name unfortunately but she had been there for about 6 months) who promptly took our order. My grandma brought some couponsand she was so excited to use them the cashier was so patient! Our food arrived so quickly me was delicious! We thanked ourcashier as we left she put us in a great mood with her smile and enthusiasm great start to the afternoon! Thank youCulver?s!

For instance, I always order the... read more The food here is consistently good, but the quality of service can be quite variable depending on which employees are working. For instance, I always order the same meal, yet my experiences with the service have been inconsistent. There have been times when I requested a large fries and ended up with a small instead. On one occasion, I received an entirely different order, and when I tried to resolve it, the correction was still incorrect. Additionally, there have been instances when the soda machine wasn’t well-maintained, resulting in a poor-quality drink. The inconsistency feels random—some days, the service is excellent while other days it’s disappointing, which is unfortunately common in the fast food industry. I used to believe this place was different from the rest, but it has become increasingly hit or miss lately.

I really enjoy eating at Culver's. Their food is always served hot and fresh, and the customer service is consistently excellent. I had the Pot Roast Dinner with double mashed potatoes, gravy, and a dinner roll, and it was surprisingly tasty for a fast-food place. If you're not in the mood to cook at home, Culver's is a great alternative. You won't regret it!

I was the only customer there, and instead of handing me my custard, the woman made it and just set it down, allowing it to melt. When the cashier finally handed me my fries, he pointed at me in a strange manner, which only added to the oddness of the experience. I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being treated differently, possibly due to my being African American. I used to work in that area and left because of the bias I encountered. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant, and I plan to report this situation to corporate. Additionally, my custard was barely filled, which was really disappointing!

And that was BEFORE my daughter... read more I was so impressed by the friendly staff at this particular location when my daughter and I stopped for a late lunch yesterday. And that was BEFORE my daughter threw away her retainer by leaving it on the tray. The staff was amazing and immediately 'gloved up ' and helped us search through the garbage for the retainer. We were so grateful to find it and know that not everyone who works in food service would so graciously go to these lengths to help a customer out in this situation!
