Our dinner was exceptional! The Peach Cobbler Old Fashioned was absolutely delightful! The crab cakes were cooked to perfection, and the fresh vegetables contributed to a wonderful summer meal. To top it all off, the beignets and banana pudding were the perfect finale. Our waiter, Kenneth, was one of the best servers I've ever encountered. Perhaps it was just an off night, but I was very disappointed with both the food and service. We've had much better meals here than what was served tonight; the dishes were bland and only lukewarm at best. The crème brûlée lacked flavor and definitely seemed to miss some key ingredients. By far the best experience we have ever had! The service was incredible and the food portions were generous but not heavy. The flavors are perfect.
I thought I had a favorite restaurant, unti I vivited Satterfields. I promise you will love this place. My sisters and I visited last Thursday, just enjoying a night out together. Let me tell you, the food was delicious and the staff made you feel as though they knew you personally, especially Kenneth and Jacob. If you like short ribs, you have to try them at this restaurant with collard greens and mashed potatoes. You will want more!!
Service was good… but the food wasn’t worth the hype or price. Not sure I’d come back.
