I found a chip off my cup in my glass of water. The waitresses don’t use an ice scoop, she referred to us as “My Loves.” The entire wait staff seemed bothered by our presence. They wanted to close early and we walked in at 730ish. There were 14 of us in attendance and we wanted to have some drinks after a long day of meetings. It takes forever to get your order, the staff ignore you and the food is not good even by average bar standards.
My significant other and I recently went on a date to the Universoul Circus after the show we didn't want the day to end so we decided to find a restaurant downtown after much thought we chose Mugshots and it was a great choice. We had some drinks an appetizer but what made our day great was our server Alex she made our experience top-notch we will definitely be returning because of the services rendered by Alex.Shout out goes out to Alex if you are in the area on the weekends please stop and check her out she give A-1 service
Great food and great experience! Our server Alex was the best! She went over and beyond! I definitely will be going back, my spouse and I! Especially when Alex is there!
Jake is by far the best bartender in Birmingham! We were in town for a conference and ended up at Mugshots, just about every night just because his service was unbeatable! Thank you Jake!
