When I called to bring this... read more I found hair mixed in with the pizza from our to-go order. Our team only has light-colored hair, so it clearly didn’t belong to us. When I called to bring this to their attention, the response was that it was “impossible.” Devinci’s needs to take responsibility for their mistakes instead of blaming their paying customers, who will no longer be returning. A simple “sorry” would have gone much further than the negative attitude we received.

I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here; you’d be better off going to Papa John’s instead.
