I recently went to Black Pearl in Birmingham and it was outstanding. The Mongolian Beef was flavorful, the dumplings were a delight, and the Egg Drop Soup was perfectly seasoned. What made the experience even more special was the excellent customer service and the owner, Michelle, who was incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend for a top-notch dining experience! General Tso’s chicken: excellent. Mongolian beef 80% onions. Beef and broccoli: so so. Honey chicken: fried batter made soggy by drenching honey sauce, only flavor is sweet. Fried eggroll: the worst, supermarket frozen food section quality. Much better places to get your Chinese food fix in Birmingham. View all feedback.
