Went to this cute little cafe for breakfast with my uncle. Expect a wait but service and food were great and priced reasonably. I had a chorizo hash with eggs and it reminded of fresh (not canned) corn beef hash. If forgot what egg dish my uncle had but he loved it and we shared the oat panacakes with peaches which were really good. Will definitely go back. View all feedback.
What Tiffy Lu doesn't like about Pondfield Cafe:
I ordered their blueberry pancakes with a scrambled eggs and cheese. The blueberry pancakes were not sweet even with the syrup. But their eggs tasted delicious. And the service was nice. It?s a quaint little spot and isn?t too hard to find with street meter parking. View all feedback.
This classic breakfast diner offers homestyle dishes at prices reminiscent of the 1950s. It's a beloved local spot that you shouldn't miss if you're in the neighborhood!
The food is excellent, and the home fries are quite unique. The service can be inconsistent, and it seems like some customers linger for a long time, even when there are others waiting. It’s a cozy little spot that can get quite busy.
The food was truly excellent, prepared fresh and bursting with flavor. This diner has a warm, homey vibe that makes you feel like you're enjoying a homemade meal. The waitress and all the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The wait for the food wasn't long, especially considering that everything is made to order. Plus, while you wait, someone frequently comes by to refill your coffee, enhancing the overall experience.
Gem of a place, not easy to find but worth the effort. One of the best omelettes I?ve had in a long time, great service, reasonably available parking nearby. Definitely worth a visit if you?re in the area!
