Shaking Crab Bronx

Everything was good until I enjoy a hair strand in my food. searched for the server attention that it is the manager attentiveness. there was no compensation for me that I had a hair strand in my food.

It was my bday weekend. I had reservations for 6pm, as soon as i get in i let the hostess know i was there. She informed me that they were short staff; they only had 2 servers and they didn’t want to overwhelm the kitchen. The hostess claimed i would have to wait until 7:15pm when the next server arrives. Clients left, the hostess was in and out the resturant on the phone not paying attention. The last straws was when a couple came in they said hello to a staff were taken back to a table; then a party of 4 came in and the same thing happened. The hostess didn’t say anything she gave them menus and sent them on their way. That was my first last time there. I will say the dj was amazing.

The food and drinks were really good the music was extremely loud and it turned into a lounge I was there with my aunt, uncle and my young nephews 10 and 14 the place is not appropriate for children. Our waiter Denzel was amazing he was the only one serving everyone there on a busy Friday.

Customer service from bar, server, bus boy to hookah girl AMAZING! The food was decent, drinks perfect!

It's expensive be prepared to spend $100 per person
