The pizza was served hot, just the way pizza should be. The service was fast when taking my order, but the wait for the food was a bit long.
Papa John's Pizza is a franchise situated on White Plains Road in a questionable neighborhood. Despite its location, the pizzas are delicious. They used to sell slices of pizza, which I thought was a great idea, but I haven't seen them doing so since the pandemic. However, I would give it 3 stars for the lackluster ambiance. It's not because of the neighborhood, but the restaurant could use some improvement.
The pizza was alright, but the wait time was quite long.
Would give it a 5 but there's a particular lazy guy who likes being lazy on purpose and make you wait to pick up your orders even when its right there ready to go???????????
Ordering 3939 whiteplains rd with uber isst. a normal cheese pizza. I have served this rocky and burned pizza with hot sauce. can't even bite it, it's so hard. disgusting customer service!
