Family Pizza - BRONX

The staff member working the afternoon shift has a negative attitude and provides terrible customer service. They are sarcastic with customers and often seem to take out their frustrations on them.

I'm not sure if the owner is the man who works the afternoon shift, but the customer service is terrible! I went in yesterday and had a dish and a soda. Today, I recommended it to my coworker. However, I wasn't in the mood for a dish like yesterday, so I ordered a sandwich from the business next door. When I entered to sit down and eat with my friends, the owner started talking. Instead of being polite and saying, "Ma'am, outside food isn't allowed," he made a ridiculous comparison, saying it was like bringing your own bottle to a bar. It was completely unnecessary and sarcastic. I felt he was not being responsible. Overall, the interaction left a terrible impression because of his poor demeanor. By the way, I left the place as soon as I realized he didn't want outside food in his establishment, but his approach was so unprofessional.

I've ordered twice so far, and both times the heroes were excellent. The salads and heroes were really tasty. The delivery was quick, and the person who delivered the food was very polite and professional. We will definitely keep ordering from them. I haven't tried the pizza yet.

Terrible customer service! Staff aren't friendly and can be rude! Came here twice and was disappointed both times! Pizza is subpar
