I placed an order using the mobile app at this restaurant and someone confirmed it. However, the two men working at the counter were very rude and did not refund my money or make a new order when there was an issue. I lost $30 and didn't receive any food. I typically stop by this restaurant for breakfast before heading to work. The donuts are consistently fresh, and the coffee quality varies depending on who prepares it - sometimes it's good, other times it tastes like water.
This is the perfect spot for me to enjoy my morning breakfast and coffee, as well as indulge in delicious ice cream and cake.
The restaurant is very clean, but the staff is slow in providing service.
This establishment is disgusting. My little sister was talked to rude by this one worker and now is denied good customer service because my mother spoke up. The food is also half made, spoiled, or burnt. The atmosphere is just plain nasty attitudes! Never going her again sad to be a neighbor here !
