The atmosphere was pleasant. The wait time was reasonable. The food was good. The only issue was the wait time it took to receive the bill but the waitress was extremely nice. I would definitely visit this particular restaurant again. View all feedback.

Applebee's in the Belmont section of the Bronx is a great spot to catch a game and enjoy classic American sports bar food. The layout is standard with a large bar area and plenty of booths and tables, but sitting at the bar provides the best view of the numerous TVs displaying sports. Our server was very friendly and made sure our drinks and food arrived quickly. From our booth, we had a clear view of the championship college football game. The menu offers typical Applebee's fare such as wings, burgers, chicken tacos, pretzel sticks, as well as steak, shrimp, chicken entrees, pasta dishes, and salad bowls. There are plenty of specials throughout the week, including half-priced appetizers at the bar. While I tend to avoid the all-you-can-eat deals, overall I give Applebee's in the Belmont section of the Bronx 4 stars.
If you're looking to let loose with no consequences, this is the place to go. My friends and I sat on the outdoor patio and witnessed teenagers fighting, people getting out of control from the cheap dollar-Ritas, and even a young lady dancing on other diners. Security only intervened when someone started smoking weed, telling them to do it outside the fenced area. It was a terrible environment overall. The manager's arrival only made things worse, possibly due to stress or poor management. I recommend ordering your food to go, as at least it looked and tasted good. Just avoid dining in at all costs.
