As frequent di... read more If a restaurant claims on its website to provide "service that always exceeds your expectations," it should make sure to live up to that promise. As frequent diners who prioritize "good food and great service," anything beyond that is a nice bonus for us. Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant fell short of our expectations. The welcome was lackluster, our waiter seemed overwhelmed and we had to flag down someone else multiple times for drink refills. While the main course was satisfactory, the appetizer and dessert were just average. Overall, in a market with many other options, we probably won't be returning. My suggestion: either revise your website claims or make sure you actually deliver on them.

Waited quite a while for our drinks, not overly busy, got glasses but no wine....wrong wine to start but eventually ours arrived. Service needs a shake up. Too many student staff, not overly professional. Shouldn’t have to keep asking for simple,things. Not the best restaurant in Broadbeach,fairly average evening.
