Was Josephine duprez at Xi'an Famous Foods Xī ān Míng Chī a mag?
Got the Stewed Pork Hand Ripped Noodles and the Cucumber Salad, will definitely get again. It was pretty busy when I went but between the kiosk and the cashier, everyone placed their order and picked up their food pretty quickly. View all feedback.

Xian’s noodles are always great.Went around lunchtime and to be fair there is always a lunch rush but the staff seemed very I’ll equipped to handle it. It took over 35 minutes for the food to be ready (1 order of noodles)Handed me a takeout bag where the lid wasn’t securely on the container so broth and chili oil spilled everywhere. They apologized and said they would make me a new order but it would be another 30 mi... View all feedback.

Place reminded me of eating noodles in China. Super authentic and they also have vegan versions of most everything. I need to try the cold noodles, but I got the regular noodles, and they’re not made with egg. It’s just flour, water, and salt. I also checked the recipe in the book they have on the counter. so, all in all, amazing plant based options. The spice level for medium had me sweating, but I really don’t think you should do “no spice”, try it out. Amazing food…! Vibe isn’t really the best, but that’s fine — it’s not meant to be a fancy resto that you can sit and hangout. It’s a quick lunch dinner spot. Enjoy!
The noodles and dumplings here are incredibly tasty! Plus, the bathroom is quite clean.
Delicious noodles! The texture of the handmade noodles is incredible. I tried the spicy cumin lamb noodles and was very pleased with the level of heat and the toppings. I will definitely return for a quick and satisfying meal. I ordered using the touchscreen and accidentally overlooked the takeout option, but the staff member was kind enough to package it all up for me.
Having lived in China, I can say that the food here is truly authentic and delicious! The atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic, and everything is offered at a great price.
I've had this place on my list before I even moved here this past summer and I finally got the chance to check it out today. I hit it right as soon as they opened because I k ow ho wbust it gets. The line was out the door by the time I left. I of course had to go with the N1: Spicy Cumin Lamb Ripped Noodles. It was cool watching them roll out and oull the noodles as I waited for my food. Just waiting I was already drooling as it smelled amazing. Waited about 15 minute for my food and then it was show time. This place absolutely lived up to all the hype! The noodles were glossy and fragrant with the lamb and spices. I took my first bite and fell in love. They were so soft and flavorful. They were definitely spicy but in a good way, my nose was running but I couldn't stop eating them. They are definitely messy so don't recommend light clothing but it could also just be me. I will for sure be returning to keep eating the noodles but would love to try their spicy lamb burger.

Cold noodles definitely hit the spot in warm weather. Their teas are pretty good too. Very limited seating inside, so give the place a quick look before ordering to make sure you’re not stuck holding a bowl of soup while looking for a place to sit.

This place is overrated. Yes the food is fresh and spicy but it's just pepper spice and lacks any depth. The cumin lamb is probably the best dish but even with the cumin it seems a bit hollow.
Apparently has to be hot spicy to be good and I dislike too hot spicy. Was asked for money twice by panhandlers while eating in the back room which is far off the street. No Diet coke, only full sugar. Would give 1 star but my friends liked it a lot so I want to be fair.
Thanks for the meal. Standard affair Xi'an famous foods. Wouldn't mind free cups of water.

The food is delicious. I have no complains. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
Ordered the regular spicy and tingly beef pulled noodles. The meat was delicious, and the noodles were a little chewy, very long, and thick. If you can’t handle spice, I’d recommend getting mild because the regular is quite spicy. Overall, it was a very good meal. I’d give it an 8! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The liang pi tastes quite good. I also appreciate their chili oil. The only thing is that they didn’t put fried peanuts in the liang pi this would make the dish tastes MUCH more authentic and better!!! Please consider making that an add on option!!! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
