Unfortunately, everything else was terrible—the service, the person answering the phone, and the overall experience was frustrating. I ordered a chicken burger with specific toppings, but I had to wait 30 minutes to find out they gave me a plain hamburger instead of my chicken burger with the right toppings. You’d think that speaking the same language would help them get the order right, but that wasn’t the case. When I got home and realized I had received the wrong order, I called them to resolve it. A woman answered and told me I would have to come back because their system automatically changed my order to a hamburger. Then she insisted I hadn’t mentioned the specific topping at all, and to make matters worse, I didn’t even receive a receipt. When I asked her to correct their mistake with delivery, she said she couldn't do that, and I would have to return in person. I repeated my correct order to ensure they understood, and to avoid any further issues, I went back to pick up the correct order, only to find out that it was wrong again when I got home! Honestly, everyone here needs better training in communication and taking orders. If you’re hungry and this is your only option, you might as well just make your own food. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future!
