It... read more One day I was eating ddukbaki bulgogi and found a chicken piece with pepper powder inside. I tried to find another piece but there was only one which I ate. It felt disgusting. I assume either they didn’t clean the bowl properly or they did a poor job preserving the foods. Even all the meats were all stuck with one another which tells me it’s been sitting for a while

I posted and w... read more I came home after complaining about bugs in the food... I'm posting this because I'm offended. Isn't it normal to apologize when a bug comes out? I posted and went back and forth and lost my appetite... They said they waited and gave me more food... They said they didn't apologize and the lettuce went in and bugs got in... I ordered three meals, got only one refund, and didn't order again because I was in a bad mood. I will eat.

We go weekly for lunch and they’re constantly out of ingredients like pork neck for gamjatang. I ordered budaejigae today and noticed it was missing the usual tofu and rice cake. When I asked the cashier about it, she said there were a lot of orders today so if it’s missing, they ran out of ingredients. I’m very confused- how does a Korean place run out of tofu and rice cakes, especially in an Hmart with more supplies a few aisles away?!Other than that, Namudol is a casual place for a quick inexpensive bite. The stews are usually filling and yummy and come with a big bowl of rice and kimchi radish. Wish they’d figure out their ingredient supply.
