This restaurant was quite good—certainly not the best I've ever had, but still pretty decent. The burgers are freshly made, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. The staff is friendly and efficient with serving orders. However, I wouldn’t recommend their chicken nuggets; I usually eat school lunches and I don't tend to dislike much, so if I find something unappealing, it’s likely not great at all. Aside from that, all their other offerings, including fries, burgers, and sandwiches, are delicious. The atmosphere has a gun theme, with wallpapers reminiscent of a game like PUBG, but I didn't mind it. They also stay open relatively late, making it a perfect spot for a late-night meal if you're in the mood.

I have been eating iced rice at your house for 4 years, and you added half a bucket of ice cubes to it today. It's never happened before. Your family doesn't want to do business well, right? Don't mess with me, your iced rice just has ice cubes. I have been taking it basically twice a week for 4 years. Moreover, the rice of the ice rice was not cooked at all and could not be chewed. The quality is getting worse and worse.

Everything I received was incredibly salty. The popcorn chicken tasted like a deep-fried ball of salt with just a hint of chicken flavor, and the hot and spicy chicken over rice was nothing more than steamed white rice with a couple of lettuce leaves and a piece of overly salty chicken on top. It was quite underwhelming. I also wanted to sample their wings, which I ordered for $3.98, but was shocked to find only two wings in the bag. It felt like a waste of both time and money, to be honest. This place has potential, but if you’re someone with high blood pressure or health concerns related to salt, I would recommend staying away. The salt content in their food is extremely high.

We called the restaurant to explain the situation and requested a properly made portion to be sent to us. Initially, the girl who answered the phone was very understanding, but then another woman took over and insisted that there couldn’t possibly be a problem with their food, claiming they cook so many servings daily from the same pot and that everyone else is fine. I found this response baffling. Are we expected to accept undercooked rice just because they've been in business for years? It felt like they were blaming us for the issue instead of addressing it. Given the lack of problem-solving attitude and the defensive response, I won’t be returning to this restaurant again. I recommend avoiding it—if you encounter any issue with your meal, they will simply shift the blame to the customer!
