They probably serve the best Pho Bo I've ever had! Many very good beef, clear rice noodles, a bunch of fresh coriander and amazingly delicious broth. However, I must admit that the entrance to the restaurant does not look very trustworthy :D But you have to try!
Everything was Vietnamese. Near station, owner, waiter, chefs also Vietnamese. Good delicious, good qualities and reasonable price.
The restaurant is located right at main train station, which makes it easily accessible and almost all tables were occupied during lunch time on working day. As I'm on low-carb, I asked for pho bo without noodles, as I didn't see any vegetable dish n the menu places at the table. The waiter didn't understand me speaking either Slovak, nor English, so I got waitress that spoke Czech. I was told that it's not possible to have pho bo without noodles because it's not good, but the cook can give me less noodles. I agreed. I ended up with regular portion of noodles that I all left in the bowl. I ate only soup. It's possible to pay with a card and besides this not possible no-noodle pho bo thing, the staff is very nice. After my lunch I had slight head ache which I have after eating in Asian restaurants. It's most probably because of glutamate in the meal which is commonly added to Asian dishes to give them a better taste so the next time I'll try some other place.
Absolute satisfaction. I received a gift voucher for Vietnamese Lau and it was a taste sensation for all of us who dined there. Very friendly and accommodating service, nice restaurant, I personally appreciate the location near the main train station, as I really enjoyed my meal.
I don't have Chinese food here, so I can't rate it. But when it comes to Vietnamese food, they have really great dishes, mostly comparable to those in Olomouc. PhoBo
