Bistro Franz - Brno

Absolutely amazing place for breakfast. The eggs Benedict were to die for and their waffles were incredibly tasty and so on point with the season. The service was great and so fast. The place is beautifully decorated. A must go when visiting Brno.

Modern restaurant with fine and healthy cuisine at reasonable prices. The place looks good and the staff is nice.

Great breakfast, good coffee and very friendly staff. They are not equipped to do aromatized coffees such as Caramel Latte and such, but this is not a prerequisite for a bistro.

I want to repeat this place. This would be one of few places with international cuisine in Brno, which I can recommend to everyone. I had salmon trout with grilled vegetables. Taste was good, fish was moisture and well prepared, the same goes for the vegetables. Some flyers and magazines are placed on the parapets next to the window. You can be snapped/read freely at the location. In a case where you go alone, you'll have something to do. A small disadvantage could be higher price of meals. But if you compare the quality of meals, the place is definitely worth a visit.

Recommended for the weekend breakfast and breaks. And one of the best places to get eggs Benedict. Secondly, in my opinion, the best. Local ingredients and organic products are used to prepare breakfast, snacks and lunch in here. The coffee is good, the staff is friendly and always friendly and helpful. You usually do not need a reservation, but in peak hours (e.g. 11 am on Sunday) you can have problems finding a free table. There are 10 tables for 2-4 people. I always came without reservation and had to wait for a free table. Totally a place for morning trade. Lunch menus are also interesting and always a fresh alternative to standard Czech menu offers you anywhere in the city.
