Get away from the hustle and bustle of the cbd, just 5-6ks north of the cbd Willow & Spoon doesn't disappoint. Indoor and outdoor dining, there's something for everyone. A great team, efficient service. A lovely out back area where kids can safely roam and mum's can enjoy a catch up.

We ordered 3 brunches (cured salmon, "the Willow"-house smoked pork belly & lunch special BBQ pulled pork). All really good. They are open from Tues to Sunday 7am to 2pm only.

They juxtapose diffe... read more This place is certainly worth a visit. Original food at reasonable prices in a setting which offers inside or outside on a covered terrace. They juxtapose different ingredients in a most interesting way..e.g. pulled pork with pineapple jam in a bun, which was delicious, by the way. The service is very laid back but nevertheless attentive. It's not a pretentious place with no attempt to offer fine dining(paper serviettes and undistinguished cutlery), but it does olffer excellent food served with a touch of originality and panache. There is even a huge play area to keep the kids happy. Closes at 2 p.m.

I tried the pumpkin prepared two ways and it was seriously one of the best vegan dishes I have ever had. The flavors were amazing! Kudos to the chef for creating such an outstanding dish. I am looking forward to trying the vegan dish on the new menu.

I traveled from the Sunshine Coast and would definitely make the trip again just for breakfast. I highly recommend this place.
