Description

Located in a great spot, this cafe has potential to be a favorite meeting place for many. The cozy and trendy interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for catching up with friends over coffee. While some diners were disappointed with the breakfast options, describing the toast as hard and possibly stale, others raved about the delicious salads and group meals they enjoyed. The friendly staff and good service make this cafe worth a visit, with the added bonus of a well-stocked bar and live music on certain nights. Overall, this place has something for everyone, from tasty food and drinks to a vibrant city vibe.

One of the best of value breakfast I've had in a long time. The pear, prosciutto and goats cheese bruschetta was beautifully presented and tasted even better. Even the gluten free toast felt part of the experience as opposed to usually it just being a menu swap out for fussy people. What Leola Pfeffer dislikes about Two Donkeys:
two donkeys when I went through jump hill. for a quick coffee a muffin. actually I couldn't resist the muffin when I saw it in the closet when it was stacked high with a kind of crispy tupfer that resembled a mountain. it turned out to be a triple choc number, was quite delish. coffee was ok could have been hotter but a pretty taste View all feedback.

Overall: Check it out for a lazy brunch or coffee with friends. Reasonably priced, tasty food, friendly service, nice interior. Will be back for more food. Score: 4/5 Ordered: Latte w/almond milk Thoughts: Very sweet tasting coffee despite not adding any sugar. This is not my preference as I almost always avoid sugar in coffee however the coffee still had a good creamy texture which can be difficult to achieve with almond milk. Score: 3/5 Ordered: Roast beef roll Thoughts: Simple but tasty where the hero is the caramelised onion infusing each bite with a sweet but tangy flavour that is well matched with the cheese and rocket. The roast beef tastes like a support act against the other flavours. Score: 4.2/5 Interior: Some modern looking homewares and decor makes this feel like a relaxing place to spend a morning with friends. Whoever runs this place is putting as much love into it as their budget will allow. Score: 4/5 Service: Friendly enough and... read more

Amazing coffee! I truly loved the double shot piccolo I ordered. It was strong without being bitter. I can't wait to come back for my next cup!
