This is one of our favourite restaurants. The pasta is homemade, portions generous and food packed with flavour. If you want trendy and pretentious, this place is not for you. If you want homestyle Italian and to walk out feeling full then it is the best! My only gripe is the lighting inside is a bit harsh I hate ceiling downlights in restaurants. View all feedback.

read moreIl Posto is a charming Italian restaurant in Paddington that has garnered mixed reviews from diners. While some have raved about the amazing food, family recipes, and excellent service, others have found the food to be subpar and the experience overall disappointing. The restaurant seems to excel in providing a homely Italian dining experience, with homemade pasta, generous portions, and authentic flavors. However, some customers have criticized the frozen vegetables and confusing menu. Despite the divided opinions, Il Posto remains a popular spot for those seeking a cozy Italian meal in a vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly pizza night or a romantic dinner with authentic Italian fare, Il Posto seems to have something to offer for all types of diners.
