Sunshine Kebab - Brisbane
Sunshine Kebab
Description
The restaurant had a mix of both positive and negative reviews. Some customers were disappointed with the service, cleanliness, and food quality while others praised the delicious kebabs and HSPs. Despite some issues, many diners found the prices to be reasonable and the servings to be generous. With a variety of meat options and sauces, the restaurant seems to be a popular choice for kebab lovers in Brisbane. Overall, it seems like a decent spot for a quick and satisfying meal, but with the occasional hiccup in service.

Great fast efficient service. Open large seating area with a wash basin for your hands before consuming those large open rather sticky from that gloriously runny cheese) pides gozlemes. Gozlemes were just oozing that cheese alongside fresh green spinach leaves. Then there was those yummy gozlemes open topped version of a pide) stuffed with vegetarian delights mega overloads of black olives-beautiful
The kebabs at this restaurant are excellent, and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. They seem genuinely happy and passionate about their work, creating a positive atmosphere in the shop. It feels great to dine there. Keep up the great work, guys! The beef burgers, charcoal grills, and wood-fired pizza are beyond perfect.
Sunshine Kebabs are the best but underwood is the best of them all! The Char Grills are my fave here, especially the chicken breast Platter... it has everything you need from the dips to the salad to the rice and the pita bread
Fantastic food, great variety and the best service. Not your ordinary kebab store. Restaurant quality food at fast casual prices and environment. Great playground for kids and a great family environment
We ordered 2 large pizzas, which would usually cost $16.90 each, and selected the following options: - BBQ Pollo: BBQ sauce base, mozzarella cheese, marinated chicken, mushroom, capsicum - HSP: Pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, chips, and choice of meat (chicken, doner, or mixed; since our other pizza had chicken, I chose doner for this one. Unfortunately, the HSP pizza did not meet my expectations. Each bite felt too dry and heavy on carbs, and I didn't feel like finishing another slice after my first. On the other hand, the BBQ Pollo pizza was delicious and well-balanced, making it the clear winner for me. I even tried stacking a slice of HSP on top of the BBQ Pollo, and while it wasn't groundbreaking, it was enjoyable. The pizzas were a decent size with a thick base/crust, making them quite filling. We only managed to eat 1 and 1/8th pizzas, so we shared the leftovers with a friend. There are a total of 9 pizza flavors available, and I look forward to returning to try others such as the meat lovers, sunshine special, and peri peri chicken. I also noticed some char-grilled meats cooking, and they looked tempting, so I would definitely be interested in trying those as well.
