Generally, we find that food in Australia is pricier due to the exchange rate and overheads when compared with our home country. However, if you work in Australia and earn Aussie dollars, I think the prices are fair. Subway's prices are cheaper compared to many other fast food restaurants and we found that the foot long sandwich is better value and is enough for me and my wife. What Sonia Bartell doesn't like about Subway:
Uncomfortably small store. Let down by inexperienced staff. Each time I visit, I regret not taking the few minutes extra to go to the Subway at Post Office Square. I've been here a few times, and had similar experiences each time. I ask for no chillies, but got them most times. They also have problems getting the salad to stay in the sub, and the paper wrapping to fully cover it. I've ordered the same thing from othe... View all feedback.
McCafe and McDonald's are located in one convenient spot. It's the perfect place to grab a delicious coffee and enjoy a meal with friends and family, or even by yourself, as they are open 24/7. The atmosphere is always positive, and the location in the heart of Brisbane city is beautiful. The staff are friendly and eager to help you make your choices quickly and efficiently. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available, with spacious tables and bar seating. I highly recommend visiting this location. Cheers!
This McDonald's is consistently good, with great service. Sometimes the staff can get overwhelmed by the number of customers, but they handle it well. The workers do their best, but customers should be more considerate and clean up after themselves to avoid leaving a mess. Kudos to the hardworking staff - they are truly amazing. Keep up the great work, guys!
The staff is friendly and the service is quick at this restaurant. The best thing about it is that it has a huge space so you can easily find a seat no matter how busy it is. The environment is peaceful and they offer high-quality burgers and coffee. They also have muffins and sandwiches if you're looking for something extra for breakfast. It can get a bit busy, but the service is still quick. You can choose to sit inside or outside on the balcony for a view of Queen Street. I really enjoyed my time here on a Wednesday morning and will definitely be back. If you're in the area, I recommend visiting and enjoying the experience - you won't regret it.
I love that this place is open 24 hours. So, so rare in Brisbane. AND it's got a tiny indoor play area that packs a punch. My kid loves it.
You know what you get at subway as they are the biggest chain around the world - sometimes you need a subway - this one is well run - I ordered a tuna wrap
