The food is lovely and fresh and the service is quick however I recently witnessed a young female "supervisor" berating a South American male counter hand oblivious to the waiting customers present within earshot. I must say he handled her snappy impatient attitude very well - in fact "he" should be supervisor. The attitude of this woman indicates a problem with morale, I certainly would not like to work there and the experience has turned me off going there again.

It's the perfect place to grab a delicious coffee and enjoy a meal with friends and family, or even by yourself, as they are open 24/7. The atmosphere is always positive, and the location in the heart of Brisbane city is beautiful. The staff are friendly and eager to help you make your choices quickly and efficiently. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options available, with spacious tables and bar seating. I highly recommend visiting this location. Cheers!

The worke... read more This McDonald's is consistently good, with great service. Sometimes the staff can get overwhelmed by the number of customers, but they handle it well. The workers do their best, but customers should be more considerate and clean up after themselves to avoid leaving a mess. Kudos to the hardworking staff - they are truly amazing. Keep up the great work, guys!
