Instead of helping me sort out their mistak... read more The app completely messed up my order, sending it to the wrong store (Aspley instead of the one I was ordering from. Instead of helping me sort out their mistake, they made me place the order again. They claimed they would contact the other store, but I've heard nothing from the Aspley store despite messaging them. Meanwhile, this store has provided zero updates. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is beyond frustrating.
