Peasant
Description
Peasant, a Spanish style restaurant in a central location, offers a mix of experiences according to reviewers. While some were disappointed with the service, others found it to be a hidden gem with delicious tapas and a perfect atmosphere for a great night out. The paella was a letdown for one reviewer, who thought it was too spicy, resembling Mexican rice more than Spanish paella. However, others raved about the variety and quality of the dishes, including scallops, pork, croquettes, prawns, and salad tapas. The sangria was a hit among many, and the consistent quality of food and service at Peasant makes it a popular choice for catching up with friends or celebrating special occasions. With dark and moody ambiance, fresh tapas, and good portion sizes, Peasant is a delightful option for those looking for traditional Spanish fare in a friendly environment.
