My train was due to come in 4... read more I was the only customer at the counter and ordered a juice. I waited for 8 minutes because there were no other orders at the time. My train was due to come in 4 minutes, so I checked on the server and found out she had completely forgotten to make my juice. She took my money and order, then busied herself with other tasks instead of completing the simple juice order. There was poor customer focus during this very quiet time, resulting in wasted time waiting for nothing.

A woman with brown hair, wearing a reddish/whitish blouse and tacky white earrings, and with a receding hairline, came to take my order. She asked if that was all, but I couldn't hear her well because my music was playing on my earphones. She then snapped at me aggressively and repeated her question. I'm not sure why she felt the need to speak to me like that, but it seems to be a pattern with the staff at this train station cafe. I've experienced being made fun of by the younger staff and yelled at by the older staff on multiple occasions. The Iced Tea I ordered was not to my liking, although that's not the fault of the cafe. Overall, a bitter experience.

Amie a... read more I have been having coffee and sometimes breakfast here about 1 or 2 days a week for the last 2 years or so. I find the staff and service really friendly. Amie always remembers my coffee order which I really appreciate), the coffee is great and the food tasty. The prices match the location and the service is always first rate.
