I decided to drive the extra 5 minutes to come here instead. The server was very nice and I was able to get my extra basting.

I visited the Nando's in Calamvale Central to conduct my experiment. Upon entering, I was immediately impressed by the modern decor of the restaurant. It looked fantastic! I ordered the chicken thighs with salad and waited for about five minutes for it to be prepared, indicating that it was cooked fresh. My experiment was a success as the chicken was juicy with just the right amount of heat from the peri peri sauce. Paired with the salad, it made for a satisfying and healthy dinner. This experience showed me that there are definitely some places, even chain restaurants, that are doing things right.

I came her for dinner one night after wor... read more This Nando's can get quite busy through dinner time, so if you are ordering a take away be prepared for a little wait. I came her for dinner one night after work and ordered the Paella and a side of chips. It's a nice touch that Nandos puts aside sauces you can choose from free of charge (when you dine in). I always enjoy the paella from nandos but even the mild can be quite hot!
