In my opinion, these award-winning chocolates are the best that Australia has to offer. You can't go wrong with any of their chocolates, but I would encourage you to try the Dark Chocolate Hinterland for a uniquely Australian experience - a dark-chocolate covered ganache combining ginger from the Queensland Hinterland and Tasmanian leatherwood honey. My wife's favourites are the Wattle Log, the White Dairy Farmer's Delight and the Dark Christmas Truffle. The friendly staff are knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic - wonderful customer service!

One of my favourite chocolate shops in Brisbane. They make these great florentines which are freshly made daily. No wonder why they won a gold medal in Belgium. Every chocolate I've had here is delicious. You can tell they only use the highest quality ingredients and have a variety of ones that focus on native Australian ingredients like Tasmanian leatherwood honey and Queensland ginger. Will be getting all my Christmas chocolates from here.

I love this majority of chocolate pay hommage to home grown aromen and show some of them in a not so traditional form. my amazing box of tasty consisted of *precious heart *country life truffle *riverina dreaming *simply lavender *macadamia vanilla truffle *reef star *cappucino *orange cream the chocolate...read more
