I came here with my partner and my friends on my first night out in Brisbane. We are country fans and have been told this place goes off on Fri and Sat nights. We got there when there were a few people there and by the next hour the place was packed! We enjoyed watching people on the bucking bull, my friend got on and loved it! What Anonym dislikes about Johnny Ringo's:
We had a business Christmas event - private function. The bar staff were nice, over loaded but polite. At the end the owner was extremely rude and aggressive towards a female musician. It was real poor on his behalf - we all left disappointed. Yet there were really drunk and vomiting people who he was ok with. Pretty disgusting if you consider responsible service of alcohol. Jonhny Ringo's is a fun place, great atmosphere, good music and entertainment but don't take the Hen's Party Pack $20/person ! Our group paid near $400 and got no food or cocktails, no private room, that was subject to availability so fair enough, and the karaoke and bucking bull, that's there anyway. I would recommend going just don't pay the extra for pack

This is a great pub to have a well priced lunch or dinner in a great atmosphere.Been here a few times now and have not been disappointed.Was there on a Friday nigh recently and had a great time, watching everyone trying to ride the mechanical bull. A lot of laughs.All the staff are friendly and always helpful.Like the place :-)
