But Newmarket Grill'd is my go to. Today I ordered a burger and salad online. I requested no onions on both which didn't happen, paid extra for an egg on the salad which didn't happen, and the burger didn't have two of the ingredients that were originally on it. It's not hard guys, with online orders I would expect better. Back to another location for me.

I thought all Grill'd stores would offer the same high standard of customer service and food quality, however Chermside Grill'd was extremely disappointing not... read more I thought all Grill'd stores would offer the same high standard of customer service and food quality, however Chermside Grill'd was extremely disappointing not only were the staff quite rude but the food was below average. No sauce on burgers and running out of ingredients also the burger was cold by the time it arrived to me. These chips were soggy and not good like normal grilld chips. I was extremely disappointed.
