Grill'd simplifies things beautifully. Their menu features an array of fantastic burgers, and once you've picked your burger, the only other choice you need to make is which roll to go with. Oh...

Grill'd Chermside is, in my opinion, one of the standout locations for Grill'd. The seating area offers plenty of space both indoors and outdoors, and the layout is done thoughtfully. Even during busy times, you can still find a comfortable spot to enjoy your meal.

This is our local Grill'd, and my family has been dining there since it first opened, and prior to that at the New Market location. The staff have a good attitude when interacting with customers, but most of the time they are seen standing around chatting and ignoring customers. The table was dirty, greasy, and in need of a thorough cleaning, not just a quick wipe of crumbs. The service was very slow, even though we were only the third table seated. When my favorite Sir Truffle burger arrived, it appeared smaller than usual, almost like a mini burger. The sweet potato chips were burnt to a crisp, and being told that's how they're supposed to be was not appreciated, as I have been a customer since before the cook was born, most likely. Overall, it felt like the restaurant believes that if they build it, customers will come. However, if they do not provide quality service, customers will go elsewhere. Additionally, the floors and tables were in serious need of cleaning and looked like a mess.

Burgers are ok but depends on the cook. Sometimes they are great but last night they were very ordinary. Too much mayo ! Could not taste anything else. The food was sloppy. Just poor quality control or poor training. The burgers are not cheap, so annoyed I spent so much on this dinner for the family. Should have gone out for pizza instead.
