The bun was overly cooked and crispy, possibly to cover up bread being stale. The chicken didn't seem fresh and tasty. I will give north lakes another go in the future and update this if better. Also for a place that you need to eat with your hands, provide some hand sanitizer or hand washing facilities.

I ordered a delivery... read more I’m not one to usually leave a negative review but I’m super disappointed with our service and in turn our meals that were ordered tonight. I ordered a delivery through the grilled website which then linked to door dash. We live 10mins away and it took an unusually long time to get to us. I tried contacting the delivery number which was a random number. Finally the delivery driver contacted us as the grilld website had not given the correct address. Now I completely understand that this is not grilld’s issue per se but they have nowhere for feedback or to follow up orders online. It was over $100 worth of food. I will be ordering through Uber in the future so if there are issues I can get my money back. Now to the food it’s always missing sauces when delivered and tonight my egg had smashed egg shell all through it. Super disappointed for the price point you pay and the food quality delivered.
