When I arrived, the group was halfway into their meals. I asked the waitress to bring our BBQ menu and she said she had already shared 22 people among the 5 tables with the food. I was appalled and literally explained that, as eating was already served and those who are late would not get any food, she said yes cos eating was already served. He kept gaslighting us saying there was CCTV upstairs (when there wasn’t) to prove that we did, and pointed at the fkn air ventilator when we asked him where the CCTV was HAHAHAH what a joke. crazy rude attitude. Just don’t go, there are better korean restaurants in the area. Will NEVER return and hope nobody else gets scammed like we did.
