When I was walking around a lunch break in the city, I decided to sigh myself from my fancy safe option of lr sushi and decided to meet something new. I noticed there corner caffe, that seems to sell everything from coffee, japanese to brunch and lunch. the problem in brisbane can be difficult to take a quick late lunch at 2 o'clock, but for the happiness this connection was open. I went in and I saw the chicken catsudon curry advertised with egg and rice for 8 dollars....so I was just like why not...1 please wait the meal came after about 5 minutes and it came in a random ton like bowl. Hunting around one lunch break around the city, I decided to seperate myself from my fail safe option of LR sushi and decided to hit up something new. I noticed Da Corner cafe which seems to sell everything from coffee, to japanese to brunch and lunch. The issue in Brisbane it can be difficult to grab a quick late lunch at but luckily this joint was open. I walked in and I instantly saw the chicken katsudon curry with egg and rice advertised for bucks.....so I was just like why please The meal arrived after about a minute wait and it came in a random clay like bowl. Anyway I could not complain about the meal. Crispy, crumbed chicken, with a plentiful amount of rice, really decent scrambled egg and an awesome soy based sauce at the bottom of the dish. I was very satisfied with the meal and will defs return to sample some other items on their jap menu curry like menu!
