The tapas are amazing and the drinks menu is one of the best I have experienced. Cocktails are quite expensive but cost is reflected in the quality. My only complaint is that our waiter appeared quite sour the entire time and was near impossible to catch to ask for the bill. We ended up asking the barman for the bill. However, I will definitely visit again!!

Was looking for somewhere to have drinks and tapas before a game at the 'Gabba in Brisbane and found Canvas - very happy we did, also that we found it when we did as 30 minutes later we would have struggled for seats. Happily, we perched ourselves at the bar and proceeded to enjoy a couple of hours of drinks, tapas and the occasional conversation with the attentive but not intrusive bar staff. A good selection wines to choose from and the tapas was diverse and tasty - warranted dropping in on the small kitchen to compliment the chefs. We can honestly recommend Canvas for somewhere to drop in for drinks before or after wherever it is you are going or have been.We will be back!

Dan and his wonderful staff were incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and professional, making the planning process seamless and communication straightforward. The food and drinks were outstanding, and I particularly enjoyed my personalized retro menu. A huge thank you and commendation to everyone involved; I highly recommend this venue for your next event!
