Noisetto Formerly Buzz Bistro

Noisetto Formerly Buzz Bistro
3.9 / 5 (1101 reviews)

Description

Despite these mixed reviews, Buzz continues to attract regulars who appreciate the convenient location and reliable coffee. The casual atmosphere and friendly service keep customers coming back, even if the menu offerings are not as exciting as they used to be. Overall, Buzz may not be the trendiest spot in Newstead, but it still provides a reliable option for those looking for a simple and satisfying meal.

I went there today for lunch. The menu was very lack lustre. I ended up going with a chicken sandwich which cost an arm and a leg for just white bread, chicken and mayo. The coffee was acceptable. There are so many better places around Newstead and new farm you can go to without having to fight for a park.

Convenient spot for a great coffee. Maybe it's just me but when I'm in a premium spot, I prefer table service. Or at least a friendlier service. Good coffee and cakes tho.

Buzz is very close to where I live so I go often and am never disappointed. I've had the muesli and omelettes. The eggs are delicious and the avocado salsa is very fresh and full of fresh lime taste. The flavour is always great and the portion sizes are very filling (unless you order from the 'lighter meals' then be prepared for a small portion) the coffee is also great at Buzz.

Food is pretty good which is the only reason my husband and I go back, but the customer service is atrocious. As a small business owner, I'm fascinated at the lack of care that goes into customers. No smiles, no greeting, no asking how the food is/was, staff just stand around talking to each other while dishes get left on tables. Pity as this was once a really nice place to visit because of the staff.

The service at this restaurant is terrible. Orders take a long time to be fulfilled and the staff lack communication. The coffee is extremely bitter and the food is bland and unappetizing. I would recommend dining elsewhere.
