I ended up going with a chicken sandwich which cost an arm and a leg for just white bread, chicken and mayo. The coffee was acceptable. There are so many better places around Newstead and new farm you can go to without having to fight for a park.

First up coffee was good- one of those cups which leave that lingering mouthfeel on the tongue. Was Di Bella blend & made well. Breakfast although quite simple, was packing in the fresh flavors. Simple avocado, which came in a chick shaped fan style with rich sweet tomato slices & that gorgeous fetta, just yum. Partner enjoyed his mince dish too which he said had plenty of flavor going on. Basic food done well with fresh ingredients nice job

As a small business owner, I'm fascinated at the lack of care that goes into customers. No smiles, no greeting, no asking how the food is/was, staff just stand around talking to each other while dishes get left on tables. Pity as this was once a really nice place to visit because of the staff.
