This place certainly seems to be pretty popular, though my experience wasn't so much with the restaurant, but rather with the bar (which is seems to become
Bincho Brisbane, bringing a little bit of cool Tokyo to Brisbane. Located in the historic Empire Hotel, on 339 Brunswick St Fortitude Valley. It's a bar, a restaurant,
I had the privilege of attending Bincho's official launch party last night and experienced a bit of excitement, a bit of entertainment, some delicious foods
The food was a bit greasy, but incredibly tasty. I might not return on my own, but would choose more wisely if in a group. The menu was not extensive, but adequate. The staff was wonderful and I have no complaints. The lychee cocktail was amazing!
Dinner and drinks on the 18/4/2015 with two friends. the menu is many small bites that were great so that we share a series of things. I would recommend the lotus chips and the pork bells skewers. eating is good...price for quality and the fact that there are so many small bites that they can order as little or as much as they want. they have an interesting cocktail menu that I would like to visit the next one. we drank wodka soda’s, who were respectively $6 (so cheap). there is a very cool mood at this place, the decor is fantastic, the bathrooms have quirky functions and the dj plays some rocking tunes! the service was fantastic, we were greeted with a smile when we entered and our waitress was very informative and attentive. I will certainly be back to bincho!
