The iced coffee was a little weak (3),... read more Nestled between Lock 'n' Load and The Bearded Lady, you will find Between The Bars, a better than average West End Cafe. The iced coffee was a little weak (3), but they perfectly toasted the bagel, which was served with cream cheese (3.5). Great service makes this worthy of a repeat visit.
