I was going to give this one star but went for two because at least they have toilets, which is luxury for restaurants in this area,The food was good. Ample food indeed at Amphora ....with wonderful service for about a dozen of us for a special birthday. BYO drinks. Caters for gluten free. Location is 36 Hawken Drive, St. Lucia, close to inner city Brisbane, close to University of Queensland. A cosey little restaurant who were able to prove space for our special gathering. Remember those who are starving.Try this place.

This is a small restaurant in the suburbs of St Lucia - plan ahead as it is always booked out due to the beautiful food

We have driven past this restaurant for year's but this was our first visit. It certainly won't be our last. The Mediterranean style food was excellent right from our mezza plate small for 4 was more than enough for an entree to the fish...and vegetarian dishes we tried. The place was packed and our friends told us you have to book well in advance due to the popularity of the restaurant. Do try if you live in this area.

We had a dinner to celebrate the completion of a PhD in a fantastic setting with amazing food. The restaurant is family-run and the dishes were beautifully prepared with evident care and pride in the presentation. The pork loin with caramelized poached pear was the best I have ever had.
