What Nor Lor doesn't like about Doubletree By Hilton San Francisco Airport North Bayfront:
My family booked 4 rooms, 2 queen beds 2 weeks before our trip. When we arrived, they gave us 4 rooms, 1 king bed each. We had 16 guests, how are we supposed to fit in 4 beds. When we brought it up to the manager, nothing was done. He just issued a refund. Mind you, this was 11pm. My family had nowhere to go. This is unacceptable. The location is very convenient for an early morning flight out of SFO. We had our digital key but went to the Front Desk to get our complimentary cookies and we were greeted by one of the nicest humans we've ever met. SHAH AWI is super nice and sweet.
