I had a very disappointing experience with the service from the blonde cashier during my visit on the afternoon of March 25th. I politely asked if she could break a $50 bill for me, but she didn’t respond verbally and instead huffed over to the register. She slammed it shut and abruptly said something along the lines of, “Ain’t got it,” without offering any explanation about the lack of small bills or suggesting I might buy a drink instead. I was taken aback, and as I stood there, she further escalated the situation by aggressively stating, “Not happening, pal,” while staring me down. This kind of customer service was completely unreasonable.

I recently visited here and had the pleasure of meeting Simran. She provided me with exceptional customer service and made sure that my experience at the store was a great one. I had an issue with my card payment, but Simran handled it with professionalism and efficiency. She truly went above and beyond to look after her customers. The coffee was great as well! I highly recommend this place, and I hope that Simran 's excellent work is recognized and rewarded by the management team. Thank you, Simran, for making my visit such a memorable one!

I was offered two free chocolates with my fuel purchase, but I declined. The cashier then scanned two Twix bars and said, "I'll have them then." Is that acceptable? I don’t think so.

I recently visited BP Brighton to buy a 1-liter tub of Connoisseur peanut butter crunchy ice cream. I noticed that the staff was charging me $15 instead of the correct price of $14.50. There was a sign for the peanut butter crunchy flavor, but it was placed incorrectly among other products on the shelf. When I informed the staff about the price discrepancy, he refused to honor the $14.50 price. I was disappointed by the poor customer service and being overcharged.
