I really enjoy this location at Brighton BP, but the poor customer service I experienced from a certain staff member has left a negative impression. One night, the woman with purple hair was quite rude to me and even ruder to my partner on another occasion. I genuinely hope this issue is addressed, as I would consider taking my business elsewhere and informing others if it isn't resolved. View all feedback.
There is a young female employee who works with this bp, who lacks hard customer service skills. there were two places in which this young woman has plagued with friends who are on the theke while I have waited so that I can pay for my fuel. it is loud, obnox and its ripe is less than desired. I can only hope that you manager will read this review and appeal to her behavior.
I honestly love this store at Brighton BP but the poor customer service from one lady can really change that. There is a young female employee who works at this BP who severely lacks customer service skills. There have been two occasions now where this young woman has been chatting with friends, who are up at counter, while I have stood waiting to be served so I can pay for my fuel. She is loud, obnoxious and her maturity is less than desired. I can only hope her manager reads this review and addresses her conduct.

On Saturday 7th May roughly 7.30/8am I came into to order a coffee. The woman working there was serving and talking to a customer and completely ignored myself. I continued to wait and then the next person walks into the shop and she continues to ignore myself at the counter. No words to myself about serving myself and waits for the other person to come up to the counter. I lefted upset and in a hurry to a event. I then called her to speak to her manager and found her very rude. I'm sure this is all on camera since then I have never came back to this Petrol Station.
