Waiting time is bad at busy hours but I understand it's because of not enough staff. Overall they need a bit of interior design change and install automatic doors. In winter it's too cold inside especially after delivery drivers walk in and don't close the door.

I think most people wont go out of their way to leave a positive review but will almost definetly go out of their way for a bad review. This is why i usually go and see for myself, fast food restaurants have bad days but just know they always try their best.
