I had a really negative experience. I never got my order. I thought it might be due to covid. I have never received a post notification or tracking. the order has never been updated to show it shipped. the customer service would not solve the problem. just said too bad. I'm pretty disappointed. do not order from eden if they are not in Britain. View all feedback.
