Eden Perfumes Western Rd - Brighton

I had a really negative experience. I never got my order. I thought it might be due to covid. I have never received a post notification or tracking. the order has never been updated to show it shipped. the customer service would not solve the problem. just said too bad. I'm pretty disappointed. do not order from eden if they are not in Britain.

I now use almost 4 years of eden perfumes. the best perfumes of all time. they took a long time and they just smell nice. it can be difficult to choose the right perfume in the shop only because shop itself is covered with various beaded and it makes it difficult to smell properly. but if they have understood something, they ask them to fit the perfume and take some rehearsals at home, then they can decide and come to them the next day

Wonderful selection or perfume and I can only hope that it grows. absolutely wonderful experience that allowed me to learn more about what perfumes I like in a relaxed atmosphere. no pressure to buy a perfume as I feel in most stores. the employees who are currently working had a slight approach that is both good and bad. updated by previous review on 2017-04-07

I love these perfumes. many smell very similar to designer, but minus cruelty, parabene, artificial colors and sls. they also hold like eau de parfum. easy to find on western rd, brighton and new departure in gardner st. updated by previous review on 2016-03-12

I absolutely adore this store. I recently purchased a refill as a Christmas gift and was pleased to find that they still carried the same scent. I was thrilled with my purchase and appreciate how easy it is to find products in the store. I also love the refill idea as it promotes less waste.
