What Christian Russell doesn't like about Burger King:
I waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery of 2 burgers and 1 order of chicken nuggets, only to have the delivery person leave my order tied to a fence without any verification. When I finally checked my order, the food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out for a long time before being reheated poorly. amazing customer service from mickey as well as george, moreover the pommes tasted better than my local chippy. Fortunately, no gluten-free options from burger king but I can understand how they are not able to have them as they have a single broiler that can lead to crosscontamination of gluten-free options as well as a separate toaster expensive and cost more money than profit. but overall an amazing customer servi... Was shut and didn't open till 10am??? Drove couple of miles to maccy D's and had an awesome breakfast x
