Unfortunately, there was a very... read more I visited on Friday afternoon, February 2nd, and the staff were incredibly busy. They did an outstanding job managing the crowd. Unfortunately, there was a very rude and disrespectful customer who made things difficult for them, but they handled the situation gracefully. The owners of this restaurant should recognize and reward the girls for their hard work and excellent customer service. I plan to return because of the fantastic service I received. One suggestion I have is to ensure that an owner is present during busy Friday nights, as it can be unfair to the staff to handle everything on their own.

I was told that all the tea served was decaffeinated at 8 PM, but it's now 5 AM, and I can confirm the tea definitely had caffeine. So, thanks for that service. I can't expect much, but I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere. They didn't even put ice in our drinks because they seemed too preoccupied with their conversation to pay attention to customers. The boba was all stuck together, and the cups and lids were dirty. The plastic wrap lids didn't even seal properly. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I’d rate it 1/18. It’s frustrating that this is the only option for boba unless I want to drive 45 minutes to Morgantown. Bubble Fish really should consider expanding to Middletown or another location.
