Those people are post hurricane apocalypse, food serving rockstars! For at least a whole hour the line was around the block and they were still pleasant by the time I got to the window! Awesome. Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to and it has been this way for 10+ years. The reviews saying they waited an hour for cold food couldn’t be anymore accurate. Food was good ..service was great ..although they should have a better waiting area if they keep so many customers waiting by the counter ...clean store and kuddos on the chewable ice !!!

With the cost of everything these days you would expect better service and quality. I understand it's fast food, but after paying $60 bucks for fast food, we made an order at 8:55pm, waited around the building and got our food at 9:37pm! So not only is that not fast food, but fries were cold, cheese was not melted, and burgers cold. We had to reheat at home. That's ridiculous. Where is the manager and quality control?? Food should have been free
Spicy chicken and onion rings were good and spicy, but both really tough to eat, over cooked.
