What User doesn't like about Rainbow Diner:
I ordered a New York steak, but it was mostly fat and gristle. When I spoke to the manager, he mentioned that since I had eaten half, I should pay for the entire steak. I pointed out that I shouldn’t have to pay for the inedible parts. I definitely won't be returning to this restaurant. View all feedback.
