Drive thru incredibly backed up, went inside . Immediately order for iced coffee taken, money exchanged... 15 mins. Later I was asked what I was waiting for. This was a mid day mid week not weekend. The kicker was 9 persons behind the counter with absolutely No management or communication. Literally was watching them trip over e r themselves trying to I guess fill drive thru orders not my single coffee. Never will I go back.oh, by the way, if anyone from Corporate is reading this , Get them off of checking their cellphone messages!!!!!!!
Its a Dunkin. They have never gotten my order wrong. Parking is rough and the drive through not meant to support the traffic.
Worst location, I live down the street and tonight is the second time I go there 20 mins before closing 8:40 and they’re closed early!! I called to ask why, she said that they close early to close machines and register. Which obviously should happen after 9 when they’re supposed to close!!! And when I said that to her, she said it depends on who is closing! FYI when I went to the drive thru at 840, no one answered so I pulled up to the window and all the lights/machines were already closed and the girl was sitting with someone else on one of the seats and kept peaking to see who’s at the window. Never came up to me, nothing!
I frequently encounter problems with my orders, and the staff's attitude hasn't been very accommodating. After multiple frustrating experiences, I’ve made the decision not to go back.
The drive-thru line was extremely long, so I decided to go inside. My iced coffee order was taken promptly, and I paid right away. However, I found myself waiting for 15 minutes before anyone came to check on me. This was during the week, not on a busy weekend. To make matters worse, there were nine staff members behind the counter, yet there seemed to be no management or coordination among them. I watched in disbelief as they stumbled over each other trying to fulfill drive-thru orders instead of paying attention to my simple coffee order. I will not be returning to this location. By the way, if anyone from corporate is reading this, please have them stop checking their phones!
