What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
The service was quite frustrating. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu and how the dishes were prepared. They served the food with a lack of enthusiasm, which I can't be the only one to notice. Today, I saw several other customers leaving dissatisfied with their meals as well. Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. Food rating: 1/5. View all feedback.
I enjoy this location very much, but as of recently, the newer employees, I believe I do not know the recipes for the drinks very well, or the food. There has been occasions where they have given me the wrong bagels instead of notifying me that theywere out. : I was handed a white latte instead of a Coco mocha which is supposed to be incredibly dark. I handed it back to thegentleman at the window. He looked at it and give it back to me, saying that there was already cocoa mocha in there. Sadly, whenI left the window, there was nothing, no cocoa syrup in it. Hiding the name of the label since we ordered through the app, andit is a friends account. I hope this location gets better! But as for now : I?m sad!
Awesome place made my coffee perfect. A little bit out of of way for me for a dunkin but the coffee is always right.
The coffee and service here are consistently excellent. The staff members are always friendly. Those who complain often lack patience and can be rude.
Rich and the morning team are incredibly efficient; you’ll never have to wait long for your order. This is my favorite Dunkin' location because of the quick service and excellent customer care.
I really love my Dunkin' and the staff there too! I go in every day, and I feel like I've formed a strong connection with the morning crew!
