Trying to pass off ice coffee with whipped cream on top as cold brew coffee. After they screwed up order and gave me an ice coffee instead of correcting mistake.

The old guy with the glasses in the blue shirt gave so much attitude. He was rude and extremely unprofessional. He ignored us when we got to the window and another worker had to pull up. The food wasn’t cooked. The cheese was still cold. This place needs to on undercover boss. Absolutely unacceptable.
I really enjoy visiting this Dunkin' Donuts location, but recently, it seems that some of the newer employees are not familiar with the menu or the drink recipes. There have been several times when they gave me the wrong bagels without informing me they were out of the ones I ordered. Once, I received a white latte instead of the dark Cocoa Mocha I asked for. When I returned it to the employee at the window, he insisted it already had cocoa syrup, but after I left, it was clear there was none. Since I ordered through a friend's Dunkin' Donuts app account, I’m keeping the name private. I hope this location improves soon because, for now, I’m quite disappointed.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was quite poor, and the staff appeared to be unfamiliar with how to prepare the dishes properly. They seemed unenthusiastic while serving us, and I can’t imagine I’m the only one who felt this way. During my visit, I saw several other customers leave unhappy with their meals as well. Overall, it was a letdown.
