NUISANCE NEIGHBORS. Bagong-salta and yet doesn't have the decency to control their music and customer noise despite being surrounded by residential houses. We ate here at midnight, they said they are open 24 hours but we went again on Wednesday they were closed but their branch in front of SM San Lazaro is really 24/7. The Tapang kabayo is delicious good for ₱70 which is worth it! The meat is not tough and has a nice, flavorful pairing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
